Sinclair Library needs friendly, fun, service oriented people to join its team. We rely on our student employees to provide day-to-day library services as well as the behind the scenes work that keeps library running smoothly. We have a wide range positions open from computer work to helping patrons to making podcasts and tutorials to preservation to updating the website, and even checking out books and too, we need a diversified team to fill those positions. From Library Science grads to undergrads of any and all majors, from local students to international ones we have a position that's right for you. Apply today.

1. View the UH Manoa library job online listings. Please note that this list will include positions open at Hamilton as well.
2. Once you have selected one or more positions that you are interested in, download and fill out our Student Application. You will not be able to save(*) this document, so you should fill it out and print it.
3. Attach a copy of your class schedule and the job referral from SECE and submit your application to any library employee or mail it in.

* If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, it is possible to email your application by saving the completed application form, and creating PDF copies of your course schedule and the SECE job referral. All three of these items should be attached to an email and sent to sinc@hawaii.edu.
