By using the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Faculty Book Delivery Service, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use.
How the Service Works
The University of Hawaii at Manoa Library Materials Delivery Service is a service that allows Manoa faculty to request the retrieval of library books located in the Hamilton and Sinclair libraries online. The requested books are delivered to faculty at their specified University of Hawaii at Manoa campus location
Description of Service
- Request items through Voyager Request form. Indicate in the comments box that:
- item delivery is requested
- delivery location (UHM Campus locations only)
- contact information.
- Request all the books needed
- Check your account for the current status of your request

- Useful terms to know:
- Call Slip -item is in the process of being retrieved.
- On Hold -item has been retrieved and is being prepared for delivery.
- Campus Delivery -item has been checked out to the requestor and is in the mail.
- Cancelled -item is unavailable.
- Email Notification -if a requested item is unavailable, an email notification will be sent to the requestor
- Delivery Speed -Standard Delivery should occur in 2-3 working days (no deliveries on weekends and holidays).
***If the items have not arrived within 5 days of the original request, immediately notify the library at books2u@hawaii.edu or call 956-7203 (Hamilton Library) or 956-8308 (Sinclair Library)
- University of Hawaii at Manoa Library policies are applicable to all faculty using the Book Delivery Service. This includes but is not limited to loan periods, recalls, holds, and fines. Current library policies can be found here.
