Canceling Requests in Voyager

Voyager can be used to place holds on items that you want to pick up from the library. In the event that you want to cancel a hold, you may use the following steps:

  1. Using your web browser go to the Voyager Catalog.
  2. From the menu list, select “Your Account.”
  3. Type in your barcode and last name. Then click on “Login.”
  4. To cancel your request(s) for an item, scroll down the page to the Request Information heading. Select the item(s) that you wish to cancel, then click on “Cancel Requests.”
  5. Next, scroll down the page once again to make sure that you have no items waiting for pick up.
  6. To end this session, click on “Logout.”
