Canceling Requests in Voyager
Voyager can be used to place holds on items that you want to pick up from
the library. In the event that you want to cancel a hold, you may use the
following steps:
- Using your web browser go to the Voyager Catalog.
- From the menu list, select “Your Account.”
- Type in your barcode and last name. Then click on “Login.”
- To cancel your request(s) for an item, scroll down the page to the
Request Information heading. Select the item(s) that you wish to cancel,
then click on “Cancel Requests.”
- Next, scroll down the page once again to make sure that you have no
items waiting for pick up.
- To end this session, click on “Logout.”
