Search Preferences will be in effect whenever you log in. If you have not configured your Search Preferences yet, you will be prompted to do so the first time you log in. You can change your Search Preferences anytime thereafter by going to the Search Preferences screen.
You can access the Search Preferences screen by clicking on the Preferences button from the Your Account screen.
If you are not logged in when you click on Your Account button, the system will take you to the Login screen. . Once logged in, this will activate the Your Account screen. At this point, you may click on the Preferences button to activate the Search Preferences screen.
The default values which your library has chosen will be selected on the Search Preferences screen. There are three sections of the Search Preferences screen which can be enabled in any combination.
