Directions to Open iTunesU

1. Open the page: http://www.hawaii.edu/itunesu/

2. Under the text: “To access University of Hawai'i on iTunesU” click the ‘login’ button, it will direct you to a new page.

3.At the bottom of the new page Click on the ‘login’ button again. A page will open labeled “Web Login Service.”

4. Enter your UH username and password in the text boxes and click 'login.'

5. The window will ask you if you have iTunes:

a. If you do not have iTunes you can install it by clicking on the “I Do Not Have iTunes” button, this will direct you to the Apple website where iTunes is available as a free download. Download the software and repeat from the beginning.

b. If you do have iTunes, click on the button that says “I Have iTunes” and continue.

6. The next window will say “External Protocol Request.” Click ‘Launch Application.’ Again you are directed to logon with you username and password through the "Web Logon Service."

7. Enter your UH Username and Password.

The browser will open iTunes and the headline will read iTunesU at the University of Hawaii.
